Top Sources To Consult to Improve Your Social Media Experience

Social media is not a static concept. As the term implies, it relies on media and the social interchange enabled or facilitated by such media. As media evolve social networks expand and get more interactive. The access to information is faster and content is richer. News makers or social media voices act like major nodes in the network contributing to channel fresh information. They may broadcast information of their own but evidently they need access to the most up-to-date and trusted sources to cover a wider spectrum. Social networks are avid data consumers due to their very nature. There are some websites which have been supplying the latest tech news or social media related articles on the spot for some years now and in a way they have contributed to the fast growth of new ways of communication that make traditional media become obsolete. No list can encompass all of them since authors, websites and companies are not eternal. Unlike traditional media, social networking relies heavily on RSS feeds. As new users get more familiar with aggregators and new tools are provided to read the flow of information, the share of early adopters in such market is less significant and yet more demanding since new competitors appear everyday. There are some veterans who are a must-have although there are newbies that are quietly gaining themselves a reputation. There is this great tool nowadays to simplify all the hard work of compiling a good list of feeds: you can make yourself your own in minutes thanks to @guykawasaki and his famous alltop directory. Your username is assigned a url for the tailor-made list to be featured. Almost all the links you are going to see below come from My Alltop Tech-Social Media list which I later turned into an opml file. A few links have been added or eliminated. To make it more appealing to the eye I sorted them for you. I think many people deserve to be on alltop directories so I hope Guy will continue to add them in the future.
